Journal Title：Monumenta Serica-journal Of Oriental Studies
Monumenta Serica oral of Oriental Studies is one of the most prestigious and oldest Western Sinology research journals in the international Sinology community. Mainly dedicated to the study of Chinese culture, its Chinese name is "Journal of Chinese Studies" (meaning "academic journal on China and neighboring countries"). However, research topics closely related to China, such as Japan, Mongolia, Manchuria, Xizang or South Korea, will also be published. Intended to promote cross-cultural exchange and cooperation between Chinese and Western scholars. It provides a platform for academic exchange between Chinese and Western scholars, covering numerous important areas of Sinology research.
The content it publishes covers articles related to Chinese history, language, literature, philosophy, Chinese religion and its history, missionary history, art, and other related fields. The published languages include English, German, French, and occasionally Chinese. Since its establishment, it has had a wide influence in the field of Sinology and is one of the main literature in current Sinology research. Not only did it play an important role in the dissemination of academic achievements, but it also played a key role in the construction of the academic community of modern Sinology research. Through academic guidance and cultivation, it promoted the development of Sinology research and made unique contributions to the international development of Sinology and the history of Chinese publishing.

《絲綢紀念碑-東方研究雜志》是國際漢學界最負盛名且歷史最悠久的西文漢學研究期刊之一。主要致力于中國文化的研究，其中文名稱為《華裔學志》（意為“關于中國及周邊國家的學術期刊”）。但如果涉及日本、蒙古、滿洲、西藏或韓國等與中國密切相關的研究主題，也會予以刊載。旨在促進中西方學者的跨文化交流與合作。它為中西方學者提供了一個學術交流的平臺，涵蓋了眾多漢學研究的重要領域。
其刊載的內容涵蓋中國歷史、語言、文學、哲學、中國宗教及其歷史、傳教史、藝術等相關領域的文章，發表的語言包括英語、德語、法語，偶爾也有中文。自創刊以來，在漢學界具有廣泛的影響力，是當今漢學研究的主要文獻之一。不僅在學術成果的傳播方面發揮了重要作用，而且在近代漢學研究學術共同體的建構中扮演了關鍵角色，通過學術引領、學術培育等方式推動了漢學研究的發展，在國際漢學發展及中國出版史上作出了獨特的貢獻。
